Day Program Specialist

The specialist assesses, develops, and implements programming for participants focusing on job readiness, independent living, education, and support needs. Key duties include developing and monitoring individualized development plans, maintaining accurate case records, and providing direct support services.

Candidates need two years of college education or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in a human service or recreational field. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain first aid/Cpr and medication management certification are mandatory.
