Child Watch Attendant (Weekday Mornings 8am-12pm) - Southwest

The child watch staff are responsible for providing safe and nurturing childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 7 years old under the direction of leadership. This includes supervising children, encouraging play, modeling behavior, and maintaining necessary documentation.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and possess a passion for working with children, along with the ability to communicate effectively and exercise mature judgment regarding safety. The role requires physical ability to lift 25 pounds and actively engage with children on their level.
