Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment to help students achieve their goals and providing effective instruction and assessment based on common syllabi. Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
6.1.1 - Members of the teaching faculty must be qualified in accordance with certain degree and professional requirements:
All full-time or part-time faculty must have a bachelor’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university documented by official transcripts, be a graduate of an ABFSE-accredited program, and possess a funeral director’s license.
Must demonstrate ability to promote an environment that reflects the broad backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.
