Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

This role is responsible for developing and administering applied behavior analysis (Aba) assessments and interventions for students, including program development and supervision of aba services. Key duties involve supervising staff, facilitating training for staff and caregivers, and actively participating on a multi-Disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a master of science in applied behavior analysis and hold current bcba certification or eligibility, along with pennsylvania bcba licensure. Responsibilities also include developing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders.
