Clinical Specialist

The clinical specialist will provide intensive, school-Based mental health treatment, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and parent coaching for at-Risk students and their families. Responsibilities also involve completing strength-Based assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with school teams and community partners to maintain stability.

Candidates must be licensed as an lpc, lsw, or lcsw, and experience utilizing applied behavior analysis (Aba) for two years is preferred. The role requires delivering direct clinical services and maintaining accurate documentation within a school setting.
