College & Career Intervention Coach at Westfield Preparatory High School

The coach will develop academic, soft, and career/College readiness interventions while collaborating with staff and stakeholders to address student needs and barriers. Key duties include upholding the college preparatory mission by hosting visits, providing advising services, and ensuring first-Generation/At-Risk students receive necessary tier 2 and tier 3 support.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of arts degree or higher from an accredited institution. Preferred qualifications include a school counselor license or endorsement, and supervisory experience, alongside general computer literacy and strong communication skills.
