Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

The licensed clinical mental health counselor will provide direct clinical services, including triage, crisis intervention, assessment, brief therapy, and group therapy, making up 60% of the role. The remaining time involves administrative duties such as documentation, serving as a liaison to campus partners, and providing supervision and training to interns.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of post-Master's clinical experience, including significant experience in crisis services within a university or similar setting. Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload in a demanding environment and a strong commitment to student well-Being are essential.
