Core responsibilities
Student success coaches provide proactive, responsive, and data-Informed behavioral and social-Emotional support, focusing on teaching essential skills across all school settings. They collaborate closely with teachers and leaders to implement behavior plans, facilitate restorative conversations, and ensure students return to learning quickly after incidents.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess a commitment to the organization's mission, strong relationship-Building and de-Escalation skills, and the ability to remain calm under stress while utilizing data to inform interventions. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience supporting students with behavioral needs and a willingness to obtain or maintain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
