The behavior analyst will lead and support behavior technicians to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans and high-Quality care. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas), developing innovative aba programs, and providing ongoing parent education.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification from the bacb. Additionally, an active licensed behavior analyst (Lba) certification in the state of massachusetts is required.
