Core responsibilities
The behavior analyst will lead and support behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and high-Quality care. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments (Fbas) and develop innovative aba programs tailored to client needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification from the bacb. Additionally, an active lba certification in the state of north carolina is required.
