Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)- Center Based

The behavior technician provides one-On-One treatment to children with autism based on individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include implementing treatment procedures, collecting data on client progress, and maintaining communication with families and team members.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates must commit to earning a registered behavior technician credential within 60-90 days of hire and have experience working with children with special needs.
