The EHS Lead Teacher will plan and execute individualized services for a classroom of eight children, ensuring adherence to Head Start Performance Standards. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with families and staff.
Candidates must have a BA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent credits towards a degree, along with a CDA credential or relevant coursework. Experience with children aged newborn to three and the ability to work with diverse families are essential.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 5pm. Schedule may vary due to program needs
Plan individualized services for a classroom of eight children using the identified curriculum and best practices in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, Department of Health (Article 47), and other relevant regulations. For the start-up phase for 2 years this will be an evolving position. Interim roles and responsibilities will be adjusted and this position requires an individual to be flexible. Job responsibilities will be revisited once all center-based sites are up and running.
Bilingual English/Albanian or Spanish strongly preferred
