Full-Time male caregiver / Teacher for teen with autism (Short term - Weston, ct)

We are a family of four living in Weston, CT, with a 16-year-old son with autism, a 9-year-old daughter, and two dogs. We are looking for a short term (3-6 months) male caregiver/teacher that is experienced, energetic, and compassionate to support our son as we prepare to relocate from Weston CT to Colorado in summer 2026.
There is a possibility for the right fit of hOur preference is for someone already based in Colorado who is open to spending several months in Weston, CT, before the move, but we are open to strong candidates elsewhere who are willing to relocate.
