Core responsibilities

Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a child development associate (Cda) or state equivalency, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Required experience includes teaching in a classroom setting, along with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
