Job Coach

The job coach provides quality support to individuals with disabilities at their community-Based jobs, focusing on creating strong work systems to maximize participant independence. Essential duties include reviewing participant files, providing necessary training, maintaining detailed daily performance records, and coordinating schedules with the team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, and candidates should ideally possess over one year of experience in education, social services, or business. Applicants must have access to an automobile, internet access at home, and the ability to pass all required background checks.
