Employment Trainer

The employment trainer manages a caseload of individuals with disabilities, providing individualized instruction and support at community-Based job sites. They collaborate with employers to design training plans and maintain detailed records of participant performance.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in education, social services, or business. Proficiency in microsoft office, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks are required.
