Special Education Teacher, Elementary (To build a candidate pool)

Teachers are responsible for planning, implementing, and reflecting on instruction to foster academic mastery and social-Emotional growth in students, while holding high expectations for all learners. They must collaborate with teams, enforce school culture, build strong relationships with families, and actively engage in professional development.

Candidates must possess maryland state teacher certification or eligibility to obtain it, and be eligible for hire by baltimore city public schools, with two years of public school teaching experience strongly preferred. A passion for working with students from historically resilient communities is required.
