PHYSICIAN- Pediatrician- Newborn Nursery Full Time

The physician will be responsible for daily rounding on newborns in a partnering hospital, performing newborn physician exams, and communicating with parents. Key duties also include collaborating with obstetric, neonatal teams, neonatologists, ob/Gyns, and lactation consultants, with some responsibilities fulfilled in an outpatient general pediatric practice.

Candidates must possess excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills, be board-Certified or board-Eligible in general pediatrics, and must obtain an unrestricted tennessee medical license. This position offers a potential faculty appointment with the university of tennessee - Graduate school of medicine.
