2nd Grade Academic Assistant - Classroom Aide

The academic assistant will support classroom instruction by working with students individually and in small groups, assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management. Responsibilities also include supervising students during non-Instructional times and helping to create a positive, organized learning environment.

Prior experience working with children in a school or educational setting is preferred, alongside a genuine desire to support teachers and serve students' academic and personal growth. Candidates must be reliable, patient, detail-Oriented, and able to follow instructions while working collaboratively.
