29i Social Worker

The 29i social worker will identify and assess client and family needs, provide necessary services, and facilitate psycho-Educational classes. They will also develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and assist in discharge planning.

Candidates must have an lmsw and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families after completing their master's program. Knowledge of community resources and trauma-Informed care practices is essential.
