Core responsibilities
The youth advocate provides mentoring and support services to an assigned caseload of students to help them achieve academic success and develop life skills. They also facilitate evidence-Based coursework, monitor student progress, and collaborate with families and school staff to ensure successful transitions post-Graduation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged along with relevant experience in human services or youth development. A valid nys driver's license with a clean driving record is also required for this position.
