Market context
In Maryland, Registered Behavior Technician roles are commonly tied to in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA services, so employers often look for candidates who can travel reliably and work consistently with children. These positions can be competitive because a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and dependable vehicle are required, while ABA or disability-related experience is preferred but not required.
