R0072905 Caregiver (Head Start/Early Head Start)

The caregiver will model appropriate language and behavior for children and parents, guiding learning through discovery and utilizing curriculum to develop age-Appropriate activities according to the lesson plan and class schedule. They must also assess children's development levels and plan activities in accordance with developmentally appropriate practices while working cooperatively with staff to ensure children's needs are met.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least six months of direct experience working with preschool-Age children (0-5) in a child-Related setting. Applicants are also required to be enrolled or registered for a cda class or an early childhood class and must be physically capable of lifting 40 pounds and performing various physical activities.
