The role involves engaging with parents and children to implement a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for kids aged walking through 11 years old. Coaches are expected to make children stronger, smarter, and more athletic while educating parents about the curriculum.
Candidates should ideally possess an athletic or coaching background, with experience coaching children aged 15 months to 8 years or pediatric OT/PT experience. Essential requirements include intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, current CPR certification, and strong, motivating communication skills.
