Registered Nurse/Educator Full Time Nights ED 7p-7a Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

The candidate will utilize the nursing process to manage patient care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to promote evidence-Based care within a healing culture. Responsibilities also include developing educational opportunities, introducing new processes, monitoring competencies, auditing quality metrics, and assisting with new hire orientation programs.

A bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is required, with a master of science in nursing (Msn) preferred, alongside 2-3 years of emergency department experience. Required certifications include bls, acls, and pals, while tncc, cen, or tcrn certifications are preferred.
