Reading Intervention Teacher

The reading intervention teacher will provide targeted small group reading intervention using explicit structured literacy instruction aligned with the science of reading for students needing additional support. Key duties include analyzing assessment data to design intervention plans, progress monitoring, and collaborating with classroom teachers to align instruction and support student growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or reading and hold a valid colorado teaching license or be able to obtain one, along with 3-5 years of successful classroom teaching experience. Required expertise includes read act approved training in the science of reading and demonstrated success using evidence-Based practices driven by data analysis.
