Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments designed by a bcba, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased session data. Technicians must collaborate with the clinical team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and implement prescribed therapy sessions.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home service delivery. New bts must complete 40-Hour rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire.
