The primary role involves assisting head teachers in delivering quality childcare by managing classroom materials, maintaining a safe environment, and directly supervising children's activities. This assistant also supports curriculum implementation and attends to the physical needs of the children in a caring manner.
To assist head teachers with providing quality childcare to all classroom children in accordance with developmentally appropriate practice.
Minimum of High School diploma and CDA.
Work closely with all members of the center staff to provide comprehensive services to all families enrolled in the center.
