Teacher assistant/Floater

The primary role involves assisting head teachers in delivering quality childcare by managing classroom materials, maintaining a safe environment, and directly supervising children's activities. This assistant also supports curriculum implementation and attends to the physical needs of the children in a caring manner.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma and a child development associate (Cda) credential. Essential characteristics include being a team player, demonstrating strong cultural sensitivity, believing in personal growth, and being willing to implement current approaches in early childhood development.
