The registered behavior technician will deliver high-Quality, one-On-One aba therapy under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data to track progress and collaborating closely with the supervising bcba to ensure effective, data-Driven care.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, though cpr certification can be obtained upon hire. A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and experience working with individuals in various settings are essential qualifications.
