Physical Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist

The certified hand physical therapist will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and delivering high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy. They will also collaborate with peers in a values-Driven team environment and build connections with local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active tennessee physical therapist license or eligibility. A certified hand therapist (Cht) certification is required for this role.
