Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional will provide direct, one-On-One and small group support to students with special needs, reinforcing learning concepts and assisting teachers and therapists. Responsibilities also include supervising students across various school settings and aiding with personal needs like mobility and self-Care.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree and demonstrate patience, compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred, and several mandatory clearances and training certifications are required for employment.
