Infant/Toddler Teacher

The infant/Toddler teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate programs for infants and toddlers, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports all aspects of child development. Responsibilities include providing attentive daily care, maintaining accurate records, and building positive relationships with families while adhering to msde regulations and ymca policies.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a minimum of two years of experience working with infants/Toddlers in a licensed childcare setting, including completion of the required infant/Toddler curriculum course. The role demands the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff while maintaining professionalism and responding appropriately to safety and emergency situations.
