  • Academy: Counselor Position San Antonio Academy is seeking energetic, responsible, and motivated individuals (ages 18+) to join our team for the upcoming summer season. This part-time role is an exceptional opportunity for Education majors and aspiring leaders to gain hands-on experience in a premier academic and recreational environment. Role Overview As a Counselor, you are the heartbeat of the student experience. You will provide high-level supervision for campers aged 4–12 (extending up to age 16 during specialized classes and lunch periods). You will balance active mentorship with instructional support, ensuring every student remains safe, healthy, and engaged.
