Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to clients with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data and providing regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals.

The role requires passion and a willingness to work with children with autism, though no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive training and onboarding are provided. Candidates must adhere to all policies, maintain safety practices, and attend necessary meetings and trainings.
