Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills in individual or small group settings. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals.

Candidates should possess passion and a desire to work with children, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and mandated reporting standards is required.
