ABA Therapist (2026-2027)

The aba therapist will support elementary students with high behavioral needs by providing assistance with functional analyses, assessments, behavior improvement plans, and teaching behavior acquisition and reduction procedures. This role involves working under the supervision of a bcba and collaborating with special education staff to implement support plans and develop adaptive skills.

Candidates must be certified as an aba therapist or behavior technician and have successfully completed formal training in behavior analysis and instructional strategies for students with disabilities. A strong track record of success working with students with disabilities and experience in an academic school setting are preferred.
