College access advisor

The primary focus is serving a caseload of college-Aspiring high school seniors using the bottom line lead model, which involves guiding them through college list creation, essay writing, application submission, financial aid analysis, and responsible college choice. Advisors also actively participate in recruiting new cohorts and meticulously tracking and recording student progress using quantitative and qualitative data in the database.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least two years of related work experience, along with excellent writing and editing skills. A demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission, valid driver's license with access to a car (Strongly preferred), and proficiency in core competencies are also required.
