College access advisor

The college access advisor provides one-On-One guidance to a caseload of high school seniors, assisting them with college lists, essays, applications, and financial aid. They are also responsible for tracking student progress in a database and participating in student recruitment and program events.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years of related work experience. Strong writing, editing, and relationship-Building skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and a commitment to the organization's mission.
