Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst, implementing individualized treatment plans and following behavior protocols. Responsibilities also include collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, writing detailed session notes, and assisting with client needs like toileting and meal preparation.

This role requires implementing treatment plans and adhering to behavior protocols while working directly with children with autism spectrum disorder. The technician must also accurately collect data, document sessions, and support clients with daily living activities.
