- This ad is for a part-time Behavior Technician at our ABA Clinic in Chesaning.
- This part-time position could turn into a full-time position depending on need.

- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- They will implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols.
- The BT will collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction, and write detailed notes at the end of each session.
- The BT will also assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client.
- The BT may also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation.
