Special Education Teacher → 26/27 SY

The special education teacher will lead instruction for students with ieps by designing personalized learning experiences, delivering targeted instruction using innovative resources, and managing caseload responsibilities including iep development and implementation. Responsibilities also involve creating an inclusive classroom climate, reinforcing pbis strategies, tracking student progress, and maintaining organized, safe learning environments.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field and hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid arkansas state teaching credential and special education instructional specialist endorsement. Required experience includes curriculum development, differentiation, instruction, and knowledge of special education compliance, particularly for diverse disabilities and ieps.
