RBT Training Coordinator

The rbt training coordinator manages daily, weekly, and monthly registered behavior technician training duties at the lac center, ensuring smooth onboarding and support for new therapists through their first 30 to 90 days. This role also involves substituting for therapists and trainers, assisting with administrative tasks, and monitoring therapist performance and credentialing.

Candidates must exceed expectations in standard therapist duties, including providing 1:1 therapy, implementing skill acquisition programs, collecting accurate data, and adhering to behavior protocols. Essential qualifications include proficiency in level 2 & 3 competency checklists, flexibility, creativity, excellent time management, demonstrated leadership skills, and knowledge of behavior functions and data collection procedures.
