Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide ($500 sign-on bonus)

Assist the lead teacher with all classroom aspects consistent with the center's philosophy and implement activities encouraging emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development in children. Maintain a clean and safe environment while establishing professional rapport with families and fulfilling all physical requirements of the role.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and pass all required background checks to qualify for this position. Six months of prior experience in a childcare setting is preferred, along with the physical ability to work actively with small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
