Lead Childcare Teacher ($500 sign-on bonus)

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. They must also establish rapport with families, ensure child safety and well-Being, maintain an organized classroom, and manage child assessments and portfolios.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate degree or higher being required, and must be able to pass all necessary background checks. Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, or pre-K is considered a plus.
