Lower School Learning Specialist (2026-2027)

The learning specialist will implement research-Grounded interventions to support student learning, sharing resources with teachers and supporting small group instruction in language arts and math for 2nd and 4th graders. Responsibilities also include assessing students, coordinating with staff, and communicating progress with families.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree in education, though a master's degree or reading instruction certificate is preferred, along with at least three years of experience working with children in a resource role. Candidates must be proficient with google applications and familiar with learning management systems like seesaw and google classroom.
