Substitute teachers are responsible for delivering provided lesson plans, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and managing student behavior to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere. They must also adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs and collaborate with school staff as assigned across various campuses.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited u.s. Institution and ideally have two to three years of recent experience working with k-12 children. A valid teaching certification or license is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across different school levels.
