Therapeutic Mentor (Independent Contractor)

Provide one-To-One, relationship-Based mentoring services to youth to support social, emotional, and behavioral skill development. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the care team to align mentoring goals with the authorized service plan and maintain accurate documentation.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and experience working with youth and families in supportive or mentoring roles. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in community settings.
