Key tasks include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors professionally, preparing meeting minutes, maintaining various logs and files, and supporting campus purchasing and employee engagement activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a corporate or academic setting supporting mid to upper-Level management. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal abilities, superior organization, problem resolution, and proficiency in microsoft office applications like word, powerpoint, and outlook.
