The in home behavioral therapist (Ihbs) will deliver structured, consistent, strength-Based therapeutic interventions within a client's home to address a youth's behavioral needs. Therapists will also support caregivers by helping them understand their children's needs through exploring behavior patterns and improving communication.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or a related human services field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting is highly desirable, as is experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-Emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorders.
