The Registered Nurse Instructor will continuously strive to improve instruction quality using innovative teaching methodologies and assist in reviewing and revising course syllabi. Responsibilities also include teaching both lecture content and clinical rotations, maintaining student records, and staying current with new technologies and safety regulations.
Applicants must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with current licensure in the state of employment and meet faculty requirements set by the Board of Vocational Nursing. A minimum of an Associate degree with 6 years of bedside experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of bedside experience is mandatory, along with current immunizations and Basic Life Support Certification.
